Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Oat Vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups white chocolate baking chips
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 6 tablespoons softened, unsalted butter
  • 1 2/3 cups softened, unsalted butter
  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate.

2. In a separate small pot, add oats. Slice the vanilla bean down the center and scrape out the seeds inside the bean. Then add the seeds and the pod to the pot.

3. Slowly bring the oats and vanilla to a boil. Remove from heat and discard pod.

4. Pour the boiling oat mixture over the white chocolate, mixing thoroughly
